Our Facility located in Buena Park, California has gained a USDA Grant of Inspection (M.45699 and P.45699). In addition, this Facility is Organic Certified by Quality Assurance International (QAI). Our Employees have been HACCP certified by the International HACCP Alliance. We operate under the most stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures (SSOP’s) to provide our customers with outstanding service.

Grant Lorsung | VP Operations
Grant has over 35 years of food manufacturing operations and development experience. In addition to his recent experience as owner of a successful fresh meals manufacturing operation, he has vast knowledge and experience with USDA raw and ready-to-eat meats, bakery frozen dough, fresh bake, cakes, icings, glazes, and toppings. He holds GFSI SQF Quality systems implementation certification, HACCP certification, and has had exceptional results with both SQF and BRC accreditation. Grant is a recognized industry  leader for many companies including Little Debbie Snack Cakes, Bunge, Rich Products, Kings Command Foods, Really Cool Foods, FPL Foods, and CSM Bakery Solutions.

Richard Gonzalez | Quality Assurance Manager
Richard Gonzalez has over 25 years’ experience in food safety management both in government and with major corporations. He earned his AS degree at Grossmont College and a BS in Biology at San Diego State University. He holds certifications in HACCP, GFSI, Safe Quality Foods and Lean Manufacturing. He has been awarded two new product development awards from Sara Lee Bakeries and a Government savings award from the Department of Defense. Before joining True Fresh HPP he was Corporate food safety auditor for Bimbo Bakeries USA and Canada.
