Robert specializes in management strategy, business development, acquisitions, dispositions, transaction structuring and negotiations. Robert was previously with Chef’d where he played a key role in first to market offerings in licensing, food and retail. He has lead numerous teams, projects and engagements for clients with projects and assets located in Australia, Canada, China, India, Italy, France, Korea, Mexico, Spain, United Kingdom, and the US. Previously with KPMG, Global Financial Strategies practice Robert was involved with engagements in the Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Recovery and Valuation teams. Robert’s breadth of experience coupled with his network of contacts enables him to play a major role in all aspects of the True Food businesses.
Robert has been involved in multiple verticals in the food industry. Robert majored in Agricultural Business at California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo and held senior positions in the food industry involving farming, produce brokerage, logistics, warehousing, operations and sales. Robert has over 20 years of business management, operations, transaction structuring, and business development experience in a variety of industries from machinery and equipment to food products and logistics.
